Im gonna have to say the manliest movie ive seen is the expendables. It doesnt get any more macho than that.
Ice Station Zebra Two and a half hours of Navy submariners, spies and Soviet paratroupers, without a single female in sight, literally. I've looked. Not one single female in that movie.
Definitely these ones as well. In my opinion High Plains Drifter takes the cake on his "man with an edge" persona
I think Dunkirk in many ways actually: Most of the movie is incredibly silent, all the men in the film are called to duty, some do it, other’s fail. But almost all do it without question and without desire in a way, they do it for loyalty and survival in a war setting. I think these are incredibly ‘manly’ examples. Beyond that I would say Gladiator and The Last Samurai.
