It's a New Year. It all started with me laying in bed alone and allowing my mind to wander a bit too far. I could have stopped it but I CHOSE not to. That was a bad choice! I edged for close to two hours on youtube. When night fell, so did my rating feeling very ashamed. First thing tomorrow: Get a calender. It's time to take this thing VERY SERIOUSLY. God has a life ahead of me am sure He wants me to enjoy to the max. I'm not going to let PMO limit me in any way. THE GLOVES ARE OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I suggest installing K9 filter. It will filter any videos, even from youtube, that might be triggers. I cannot recommend it enough. After failing my first attempt at the 21 days mark I installed and now I am just passed that mark. So I would say it worked for me pretty good so far.
