Ultimately though, we can aim to notice something, and decide whether it's useful information, or just something that will pull us off track. Female fashion models exist to sell clothes to women, that's the reasoning I use to deem it information that's not useful for me.
90 days isn't necessarily magic, though. Some people will need longer to heal their minds. In any case, don't worry about 90 days. Just worry about today. Then tomorrow do the same.

Being 100% clean is a good point to reiterate! It doesn't matter if it's Instagram, youtube, or checking out some girl too much walking down the street... Starving the brain of the images and keeping the fantasy thoughts to a minimum, is the quickest way to do this thing.
