I highly recommend you to read "Awaken the Giant" by Tony Robbins. That book literally changed my life!

97 days? Wow! My best streak since joining NoFap was 120 I think, but now I don't even crave or think about PMO anymore!

83 days and I barely see them passing (in a PMO sense). Linking intense pain to PMO actually worked wonders for me. It's about the MINDSET.

Be it real or vividly imagined, linking all the pain PMO brings you to it,instead of only pleasure, can help u to NEVER AGAIN open that tab!

Try linking severe pain with porn/PMO. Live these sensations in your head over and over again for a couple of days.It worked wonders for me
