Find something to do when you have nothing to do. Triggers are everywhere, in every activity, thought and so on. Go for a walk!
It hurts in the chest to not PMO so I usually just replace this thinking with a game or take myself to study away from my pc, I usually also watch some TEDx talks about how porn is affecting the population that kinda encourages me
Find a hobby. If you have one, then it means you're not focusing on it too much. Let it immerse your life and become a second nature of you. Also, video games and such do not count as legitimate hobbies for this example, something like working out or reading counts. As you pour more and more effort not only that you get better at it, obviously, but you'll also find yourself thinking less and less about PMO'ing. Best of luck!
