Long streak

    has anyone noticed an improvement in their daily conversations with people when on a long streak?

    Oh ya. It's like being freed from a really awful cocoon of pain and not wanting to be around others.

    Going back into that cocoon of PMO and the withdrawal and negative health effects on both mind and body is crazy to think about.

    I mean we should feel at ease with others in daily conversations. That is just natural. There is nothing natural about PMO.

    I don't believe it's natural or easy for a lot of people.

    Asking someone out or breaking up with someone isn't easy.

    Having a tough conversation with your boss / child / parent isn't easy.

    Making conversations with strangers at random places isn't easy.

    These are all things that can be worked on over time with experience, but I don't think nofap fixes problems for you.
