    Hey guys I posted my detailed experience just before I hit a year . Today marks 409 days free from masturbation , sex, porn and ejaculation . Life is good . If your struggling just keep moving forward , try your best , this will radically transform your life . Just wish I knew about this much earlier in my life . I might have enjoyed my 20s and 30s anxiety free . Keep plugging away guys . Cheers .

    I would say after about 90 it started to diminish somewhat , but it just keeps getting better after that ..

    Do you have any wisdom to impart for achieving lengthy hardmode streaks?

    What other benefits have you noticed eg. Energy, memory, MW, discipline etc.

    Congrats bud and my exact sentiment to, feels like time wasted but at least we discovered it, im on some nootropic forums and some of the guys there would do well to take a lesson from here im sure, hard to explain the real benefits though to someone who loves fapping. Keep strong and well done!
