Hello, been a while since I’ve been on this site and relapsed countless times to the point I am rock bottom and on the verge of losing everything again. I want to join you in a 90 day challenge.
On a journey of self discovery I guess, so I hope you don’t mind me posting what I am up to/thinking on this thread. I think the poker site that I play on can be a strong trigger so have excluded myself today. Trying my best to do the best I can for this challenge and me.
Day 2 for me ....i went to gym ....i feel more energetic ...everyday is a day one to me now ....i will post tomorrow .....good luck guys

Hi. I'm joining you on the 90day challenge and hopefully a life one. I've been watch porn for almost 11 years. I've stopped on and off ofc but I find I don't want it apart if my life at all!!!! I just masturbated not too long ago and I feel horrible and less attractive lol. But point is I want to and I'm going to quit porn FOR GOOD!!! To pursue my lifelong dream as a model!

Addicted to Masturbation (not porn) since 12 years but have cut it vastly in last 2.5 years. Discovered NoFap 3 years ago and have longest streak of around 60 days under my belt. This time I am gonna go Hard Mode for atleast 90 days. Today is Day-2. I regularly do boxing, dance, play football and eat healthy. Even today, danced for 1 hour and then played football for next 1 hour. Will be updating my progress here 3-4 times a week with an inspirational quote I have made a promise to myself and I bloody intend to keep it Stay strong mates! Together we are gonna nail it
