Hello. Just wanted to intoduce myself. I'm 22, doing PMO occasionally since like 12. At 17-18 PMO was more and more frequent and now I can say I have a problem. I feel like I'm in a hole, obviously i got other problems to solve too, but i really think that this is a big part of it. Tried nofap a couple times by myself before knowing this site, but didn't had much success, so I'm hoping that this will work.
All the best in your NoFap recovery. Based on my experience I suggest doing light excersise such as taking a walk or swim and/or cycle. Lifting weights is good if you can. I find cold showers helps with how I feel. I try to stay busy and do voluntary work. I find it helps to have close friends who you can discuss your feelings with/someone to listen to you. Try and avoid triggers- internet pictures, Google search, 3 second rule (don't look at attractive women for more than 3 secs)
