confidence- almost to the degree of arrogance. just yesterday gave myself an 1825 days PMO/PM challenge. yeah, you read it right. 1. Have started going out more. 2. I feel I've more patience now, even typing was painful 32 days ago. I'm writing regularly on my journal these days. you can check that in the link below. https://nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/indian-atheist-reboots.231215/page-4 3. spend some good amount of time and energy in swimming and cliff jumping. 4. social events- only two, but I could push myself to go there. also enjoyed them. 5. No blurry eyes these days. 6. Energy- on the higher side. tested through swimming, running and trekking. 7. More discipline is visible- I make my bed instantly after waking up. My room looks cleaner than ever ( except when my father used to clean it) as well as a little more organised. keep my shoes on right place. stock my fridge with adequate water. And doing these activities are not a burden these days. I know these are very little things, but I used to fuck up on these just a month ago. 8. I'm a little more cheerful these days, after getting into this community. I'm a bathroom singer again! ( I annoy my sister a lot with my singing, but who cares!) wait, where the fuck is my water bottle? 9. I feel gratitude. Thank you for your patience! Love.
Im praying you keep going. Porn and masturbation only destroys, you are on the right path. I'm on day 12 too and usually the urges strike hard from day 15 going
