Well today I edged a bit and it honestly doesn't feel good. I'm glad that I didn't O but still guilty of what I've done. I feel like weekends are the hardest to go through if you were a introvert like me. Anyone has any suggestions to be occupied during the weekends?
Get out of the house and go for a walk. Visit parks. If you lack things to do you could try attending some meetup on meetup.com
haha I can relate but we gotta do it if we wanna kick PMO habit. gym is easy for me cuz I enjoy it but the rest takes a bit of willpower
