I was into the PMO challenge in order to have a better performance with my girlfriend, because I don't feel aroused at all and I can't even ejaculate when I'm with her. My record was always 3 days (I know, it's very poor), but I tried. One day like the others, I relapsed again, and since then (I don't know why) there can't be a f*cking day without me relapsing, and I always think "tomorrow will be the day", and then I relapse again. Daily. WHAT SHOULD I DO? I tried cold showers, and nothing. Even started thinking about cutting myself every time I failed, but I'm too coward to do it. H me out please, some advices.
You've flat-lined, wait it out and try again later. Also it can be with your relationship, if you are a religious person like I am seek the Lord for guidance.
I urge you to seek professional help immediately. Yes, it is very difficult to quit PMO, but you need to talk about this issue with someone can genuinely help you. You have nothing to lose and a world to gain but suck it up and see a therapist or a psychologist ASAP.
PLEASE DO NOT CUT YOURSELF OR HURT YOURSELF IN ANY WAY. I agree with @Ogikubo Please seek professional help immediately for your own well-being and peace of mind.
Watch every YT video on the subject and read as many books as you can. Educate yourself as much as possible. Repeat again and again and it will start to sink in. Please do not Hurt yourself in any way. Thats not the way to go. Get professional help my friend. Lots and lots of us here have done already.
I'm doing fine, thanks all guys. I made 4 days few time after I first posted. I'm here cause just relapsed (out of that 4 day streak). I thought I can get help with my University's psychologist, but I haven't tried it yet. I won't hurt myself guys. I'm really struggling right here. It's the hardest thing I've ever faced, I took this really as a goal.
I’m glad your alright. Your struggling bc the healing process has its many ups and downs. Hang in there. Come to the forums whenever you want. We’re here for you.
You can do it and we know you can. Look at this as a bump on the road. Think about how well you will do in the future because you faced reality and got through it when you were a young man. Again, keep us in the loop!
