I'm on my third week of rebooting and I'm seriously struggling with getting a good night of sleep. I've never had sleep issues in my entire adult life. I do yoga and meditation every day and try to avoid coffee and big meals late at night/afternoons. Any suggestions?
There's a similar thread right here: https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/nofap-day-14-insomnia-why-cant-i-sleep.250968/ It's pretty much the same thing I've experienced since day 7 on NoPMO (I'm currently on day 15). I used to PMO almost every night before I went to sleep, that's probably why the urges encrease during this time of the day, but I don't get, why I wake up several times during night. I guess it's also a withdrawal symptom.
Try going to the sauna if you can. It will feel like you got crushed by 10 tons of bricks. Or try swimming. It will feel like you were washed in a washing machine.
Thank you, but this thread doesn't really answer my questions. I already know this can happen during a reboot. Looking for suggestions to decrease it
I do that every now and then, but would get expensive pretty fast if I did it daily. I don't have one at home
