Hello folks, hope you all are going strong and doing fine. It has been a very long and very rough journey, didn't even thought I could make it, but here we are now. Goals are still the same (NoPMO as a lifestyle, to reduce anxiety/depression, better stress handling). Hard mode is still on. So what happenend since my last post here? a) Benefits still there (decreased social anxiety as the most noticable) b) Wet dreams frequency reduced (once in two months, but strong chaser effect afterwards for few days) c) More confidence, better looks, better focus, more concentration, better sleep d) I've cut down coffee from 5 - 6 cups a day to 1 c) Overall, urges are diminishing slowly e) Still fighting with waves of anxiety and depression, but improvements are seen f) Still a smoker, half pack to pack a day That's pretty much it. Stay strong and fight on. Wish you all a successful journey. Some motivation: A winner is a dreamer who never gives up. No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up. Hardships often prepare ordinary people for an extraordinary destiny.
Congratulation mate. I'm glad and happy for you. Wow. I hope that you'll kick out form your life smoking.
If it was me and I was getting the wet dreams every 2 months I would just jerk off or ejaculate during sex once every 2 months. I mean for me i would give myself permission as a "freebie"
