Hans protocol is good yeah, But i used just reverse kegels and hindi squats, yes reverse kegels are when u push out pee
Just sit in a deep squat for a few minutes every day and after a week or two start doing light reverse kegels when you are in the squat

I don’t want to be more specific because I don’t know your lifestyle, but to me it’s long walks in my neighborhood with my favorite music in my headphones in the warmer months, and doing large, detailed paintings in the cold/wet months.
