Increase in my Self Confidence: I feel way better than before, I started really not to care about what other people think of me. More Energy: I Can do many things more than before. More Positive Thinking: I think that everything is literally possible and I don't need to worry about the future. Enjoying Little Things: I started to enjoy a meal in breakfast or a small talk with a colleague at work, usually, I never noticed those things before.
Finally, I broke the 30 days again and I would like to share with you this, since it might help anyone here
I still need 7 days to reach 30 days. I hope, I can make it too. So inspiring reading other success story to reach their goal. Don't stop at 30... Make it a lifestyle...
