    So I finally passed day 9 I haven't phone past a week in 2019 noe I wanna stay clean all 2020 inshallah now the thing is I feel like having an urge all the time specially when I'm texting to a random girl I used to sext but I've stopped doing it ik taking a cold shower and in also hitting the gym daily so yeah what can I do?
