Yes, Remove all toxic friends from your life. Even I had a friend circle where all most all were toxic and it had bad impression on me. I became like one of them, but then somehow I realized that I have to do something. So, I get rid of the Internet and Porn, and then my life took upside turn.

yeah you are right ,during the lock down I stayed away from most of my toxic friends and NoFap became much easier
DAY 2 NO PMO/DAY 8 NO MO 1)Today it fells like flatline is on the way for me coz I had some headaches throughout the day and yesterday I caught slight cold which got cured by sleeping yesterday night and I avoided cold showers today morning cuz I read many articles saying that its bad to have a cold shower when you caught cold so I took a hot one and after some time during the afternoon I had slight headaches (definitely not because of cold)and I did some exercise again and also did another meditation session but still I had it ,it was similar to that one on day 6 and I had heavy urges today and one more observation I made was music and art greatly reduces PAWS symptoms and my bladder feels full all the time and I also tried standing near the balcony of my house were trees were present and it helped a bit and now i gave up on the hot shower thing and took a cold shower can anyone tell me whether I am going through flat line?
Trust me it's not that hard you just need to take it step by step, in my case i started with skipping breakfast for weeks and then started to increase my fasting hours on an average of an hour per week until i became capable of doing it for 20 hours a day, and when i feel like i can't do i eat but i back on track the next day, and Do not tire yourself while fasting as possible as you can, and drink alot of water and it will get easier with time.
