[WARNING!] THIS IS AN ATHLETE DIET! if you are sensitive little bitch go away. if you feel like you need to voice an opinion against mine, that is pointless because I know this works. For the rest of you, ENJOY.

    Hello my friends!

Dorian Gray coming back at ya, with a new thread! As of late I have been in recovery from my cancer, and kicking it's ass might I add, the doctor said I made a full recovery! not to mention I have better blood work and levels than he does, and he is really active, he does marathons on a meat eaters diet. I had tumours for the past 7 years due to bad life stye choices, but I think I have this down to a science now. I have a few journals in my room fine tuning my diet and exercise. I am kinda like a lab rat to my own due diligence.

I have come to a final conclusion, THIS SHIT IS HARD! Though I have vanquished my tumours, even my fat gut and saggy ass are gone! I went 100% raw vegan that means only eating fruit and veggies not cooked and climbing up to 100% full fruitarian. that means only eating fruit for a super lean look and performance.

You get all the nutrients you ever need and more from a strict plant based diet. meat is not needed. do research and know that you don't need whey protein or other suppliments to get ripped. check out Durianrider, Freelee the banana girl for some info. and keep studying. cancer is gone and I'm more fit than I ever have been...EVER!, so you can't argue with me that I'm not healthy. :D

NoFap plays a big roll in boosting health and tone of your body. once you fap testosterone is lost and you won't gain as much muscle during training, also your energy takes a mega nose dive.

Eat healthy and stay happy. NOFAP!

Have you ever heard if Kris Carr? She cured her stage 7 liver cancer by going vegan. She is amazing!

Vegan power unite! I prefer the term plant based eater myself. Rich Roll is my plant based role model, www.richroll.com

I have been vegetarian for a decade. Vegan off and on throughout that time. Now making the permanent switch to vegan once and for all. Dairy is only hindering me at this point.

I now realize one's fullest potential in mind, body, and spirit can only be reached once all animal products are out of the picture.

Unless of course you are a Buddhist monk and accept dairy at mealtime if it is not appropriate to refuse the offering ;)

I could write a cookbook with a question like that. Here is a vegan superchef who makes utterly delicious dishes,

I eat a whole bunch of any grains, legumes, seeds, nuts, fruits, and vegetables you can imagine in all kinds of magical and unique forms with savory and scrumptious oils, sauces, and spices. My local market has amazing vegan prepared goods as well, as most decent sized cities should. I eat better than I ever have, I never knew eating could be so tasty AND supremely healthy. I don't count calories, I don't worry about eating too much fat, and if you think vegans have trouble with protein, which they don't, just ask Korin or Frank Medrano if they struggle with protein,
