That´s my boy!!! see how you can make it? just take it one day at a time, it´s hard, somedays are full of temptations, struggles and pains but give your best. And above all, follow your reboot strategy. only you know what works best for you Congratulations brave Hobbit!!! Today you leave Hobbiton heading for Bree on the quest of your life . Good luck!!!!!!!
yep, i thought you were acting on impulse . brother, this is a endless marathon, not a speed race. get used to relapses, in fact dealing with relapses (frustration, shame and guilt) is a major threshold on the reboot process. you relapse yesterday, learn from that and carry on. so today marks 75 days on your overall counter. that´s what matters: your life!!! as for the challenge, back to Barad-dûr
very good brother. but those dating sites have plenty of triggers, some direct, others in disguise. it´s a risk you take every time you go there. see if there are others ways to hook up. there´s plenty of ways to meet girls

Hi guys, i'm trying to stop for several years now. I'm a big fan of LOTR so maybe they will help me too get rid of PMO. Now on day 2, Still an Ork.. Anyone any tips for me?
Day 36. You have to keep your guard up every day. Days add up and momentum builds up, but don't let any of that fool you, men. Keep your hand on the steering wheel and your eye on the prize. Don't drift, steer.
Day 21. May I ask if it comes in pints? Did a bench press pyramid, did not come in pints. I got stuff to do so this will be a short post.
Write in a Journal everyday. If you have trouble waking up in the morning and you find yourself edging then write in your journal then. If you have issues trying to sleep then get away from technology then write in your journal in the evening and read a book. Writing in your journal keeps your mind in the fight against your addiction.
Don’t I know it. I have met a couple of women on there that I am in regular communication with, and both of them are looking for long term relationships, so that is pretty cool. Taking it slow, but I have swiped through everyone in my region other than those two and a handful of others who I am not communicating with, but who are a bit more wholesome. None of them post bikini photos, and they just have photos of their faces. It is a warning sign when their cleavage takes up a large chunk of their photo, so I swipe left on those. Luckily, the site I am using is algorithm based, so I match with women who share similar values to mine, though some exceptions make their way through. Right now in this time of COVID, I have not had any luck really meeting women recently, so I turned to OkCupid, and it has had very few triggers. Best, Mathman1994
