Day 15! Yoooo I'm a Hobbit now right??? Sweet!! I am quite excited. A long journey ahead, but I know I'll make it. We got a fellowship here and we will back each other up! Whatever it takes!
Day 0: Orc @RiseToGreatness I masturbated twice today without porn after having gone over three weeks with out masturbation. It sucks, but with all of the risky searches on the web that I was engaging in, it was bound to happen. Now I must keep my head on straight an start over. Best, Mathman1994
Day 8 Strong urges yesterday, but a long run and hanging out with some friends did wonders. Still going strong. Taking the hobbits to Isengard, to Isengard
Greetings to everyone, this evening the counter will reach fifth day once again. Since I have banned social media totally, everything goes smoothly. After breaking my 25 days streak I was worried that I was going to binge but social media ban dissolved any risks it seems, I really recommend it anyone who faces problems in the first week especially.
Day 4 I'm extreeemly restless today and have big trouble concentrating on any task. I'm alone at home which makes matters worse. My mind tries to tell me to go to bed but I know nothing good will come out of that. I'll do some cleaning now, hopefully, that takes some of the poisonous energy away. I know that the first few days are always especially hard and I keep distracting myself with random stuff on the internet. Cannot even cut the connection because I need it for work, might want to block certain pages tho...
Day 14! Yesterday I found myself fishing for inappropriate images and/or videos that usually lead me to relapse. Thankfully I noticed myself doing this and quit before anything bad happened. I took some measures to avoid porn fishing in the future. I downloaded an app that blocks specific websites. (It's called BlockSite.) I have also decided that, when I have to use my laptop, I will work at places with people around me. Porn fishing is my biggest obstacle when it comes to quiting porn. I added a video to this post that will link to a video from Universal Men about what porn fishing is and how to stop doing it. So check it out if you're also struggling with this or just want to know more about it.
I find that initially, trying to stay off the internet except for work helps alot. I have chosen books as my main source of entertainment. I find it much easier to not think about p that way. It will take a while for your brain to adjust because it is now wired for all the stimulating images from the internet, but after a while your brain adjusts and will prefer the lack of constant stimulation from being online all the time.
