Came up with this the other day for my athletes, but it works here just as well: Failing is acceptable; accepting failure is not.
Morning guys. I feel good. I woke up feeling a few urges and I have the prime opportunity to relapse as I have the house to myself and im on the laptop. One thing is different though, iv told myself "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH". It's time to take this seriously and beat this crap. Lets do it together guys. One in all in.
Im also keeping a journal which I will update daily in the daily journals section. Any support would be great guys. Its actually quite helpful to write these feelings down and get them out. They really hit home as to why im on this forum getting the help i really need.
I joined up to the kik group. Let's do this! Longest streak was 9.5 days so it's time to go beyond that and prove to myself that I can do this! @85model Keeping a journal is a good idea, especially if you stay with it and hold yourself accountable for it. I think I'm going to start up a new journal and actually stick with it this time.
Day 1 almost in the bag! I see a lot of the people who have joined have expressed concern with never reaching 30 or only being able to make it 8-10 days. We have to take this one day at a time fellas. All that matters right now is how you will finish July 1st and tomorrow when you wake up you'll do it all over again with July 2nd. The end of the month will be here before we know it, and I've never made a month myself. I'm just trying to take on a new mind set this time around. I found this quote on reddit and thought it might help some of you as it did for me: “When nothing seems to help, I go look at a stonecutter hammering away at his rock perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred and first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it, but all that had gone before.”
Plus, go watch the stone cutters episode of Simpsons and you'll pee yourself laughing, then be too grossed out to stay horny.
I would be so down! Lets get it! A new month. A fresh start. New blessings. New experiences. #NoFapJuly
