Ayo I live in SW France and we're slowly moving into winter, which means goodbye summer veggies, now I got to have whole new diners. Do you guys know what's best to eat that's healthy and doesn't trigger sexually? Eggplants and zucchini worked very well. Cheese, butter, just pasta, don't work so I gotta find something that works for winter. Hopefully this grabs your interest. Best
Salut mec je te recommande la soupe au haricot ou aux lentilles avec de l'ail, les légumes en canne, garder le sourire et rester hydrater. En espérant que ça puisse t'aider
Probably the cruciferous "keto diet"-type foods and veggies (easy to look up), as these are lower in carbs, which break down into sugar, which spike insulin and brain dopamine, the latter of which is more akin to sexual triggering. Yes, eggplants and zucchinis are on that list, as are spinach, kale, all the green leafy plants, parsley, onions, bell peppers, avocado, berries in moderation (like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), and certain preferred nuts in moderation (cashews and macadamia), and eggs, cheese, whole milk, bacon, meats, butter, and limit your oil to only olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, animal fats (may be forgetting one or two more). Avoid (or seldom use) pasta, breads, grains and wheat and whole grains, rice, potato - all of which turn into glucose sugar, spiking your blood insulin and brain dopamine chemicals. .
