I struggled for a year but now im at half a year! I feel like a god I started lifting a while ago and im getting bigger and bigger every week. I can talk to any woman no problem. I have become more aggressive which i wanted because being passive led me to get stepped on I dont care what day you are on keep going! Tips Cold showers everyday THERES NO TIME FOR WEAKNESS WE ARE HERE TO GROW! Start lifting or exercising daily. Find cool new hobbies, chess, fishing stuff like that. Learn about meditation. Drink lots of water so you pee alot cause peeing stops urges! Pushups when you have urges.

The thing about peeing a lot. Can confirm. I'm on Day 48 hardmode and it feels like I'm peeing all the time. And no it's not diabetes, I've been checked and I'm fine. I'm on a pretty aggressive (for my age) weightlifting program and I've been told you pee more when your body is making muscle so hopefully that's what's going on. The thing with that though is, more times peeing = more times handling your dick so that's not always the best thing as far as urge management.
I think the reason for that is - since you're on a weightlifting program - that you probably (or hopefully) eat accordingly; i.e. a protein-rich diet to build muscle. And the more protein you eat, the more you will / should drink in order to support your kidneys. So I think it's not necessarily "the body making muscle" which is causing you to pee more frequently, but maybe just an (unconsciously?) increased water intake.
You know what, I've been backing away from them but I'll finally start doing the cold showers. I'm not fucking around anymore with comfort anymore!
