But it will be worth it .

    Saving cash
    30 days no pmo
    Restricted diet

Going to be fairly boring arduous and stressful
But by the end I will have saved enough cash for a pretty high end long overdue purchase , and the. I can focus on more important things financially .

I want to get a grip on my food intake and drop about 10-20lbs ( boredom mainly all intertwined )

And getting a 30 days streak no pmo .

Essential no self love .... Just basic broth lol

    Basic food or restricted intake
No booze no weed ( need a 6 week cure anyway)

And by November onto the next battle

Who said money doesn't bring happiness was a hippy

What happens after 30 days? Do you go back to PMO again?

Not necessarily. But I don't know what will happen in 30 days . It's day 1

I'm only saying...if you want to go back to addiction at 30 days, fine. But, if you want to go beyond 30 days, don't set day 30 as the goalpost. That expectation will ensure that you relapse on or the next day, as your subconscious will just be anticipating it. Instead, if it matters to you, set day 30 as a threshold marker where you pass through the door but anticipate that you will keep going still. Get the difference?
