    Hey guys

So I'm on day 57 no pmo hardmode. So far I've had 3 wet dreams.

First one was on day 30 and it made me anxious and less confident for a couple of days.
I started feeling better and better until I had the 2nd one.

It was on day 55 I woke up feeling stasified but felt shit that day and on day 56. What's so fucked up is that I had one today too.

Question for the more experienced guys on this site.
Will I get better if the wet dreams stop again?

P.s I know that wet dreams are natural but in my case it fucks me up and make me depressed and less motivated.

    Thank you

Do you think about your progress or sex or women?

The reason i ask is because when i normally think or overthink about something i tend to dream about it be it sexual or financial or computer games!

And ive realised this happens because the mind is too focused on that particular thing hence it rewinds...

Upon saying that you should accept that when a person is sleeping they have lack of control and as a result it is not your fault you have wet dreams - this should be your defence and positive thinking. THIS SHOULDN'T BE your excuse to relapsing.

Also i realised sleeping in certain positions triggers different dreams - sleeping or facing the left side = bad dreams and sleeping or facing the right side = good dreams

I've actually been stressed out for a week now due to a test I had and school. Also I keep thinking about sex more like I want to have a girlfriend.

It sounds like you're in a "transition" period.

I think this where many people go wrong because they Continue a good streak then eventually relapse. Yes we are human and will get urges and as a result will relapse.

I think throughout a good streak one should get a gf... no not to use her for sex but have a "platform" to crossover... and make the change

You will also have someone to spend time with ie eating out holidays movies bowling etc etc. There's only so much one can do on their own. ... life is meant for 2...

I dont want to go off topic and offend anyone but I think some folk are unrealistic and unfair towards themselves as they wish to go from fap maniac to "release free" - we are human and sexual urges and sexual release is normal and part of nature.

For example for me to go release free when i been fapping for 15 years at up to 10 times a day will be impossible....

When i had a gf earlier this year we had lots of sex and I was fapping very less maybe 2-3 a week compared to 4-5+ per day... now things have reverted because 1) am single and 2) i didn't do a good reboot streak....and as a result my mind not rewired

I've also noticed a lot of guys say they lack confidence to ask a girl out or been rejected.

I had this too but i gathered some confidence with my 22 day streak which i edged... however i also live by the principle "you don't ask you don't get"

Yes i also had many rejections but also had many that said yes. Moral is you win some you lose some. You might not be someone's type just how someone might not be your type. There are different angles its not always about you and your confidence guys....

And with this i have learnt to accept the above - as "you cannot have everything in the world" same applies to having a gf... you cant pull everyone out there

Well, that is a common reaction and because there is some dopamine released, there will be a mild chaser effect too. But you are doing well to be @ 2 months on hard mode. You cannot prevent a occasional wet dream, so try and regain a positive outlook as soon as possible and continue on your journey of recovery. Congratulations on your efforts!
