Day 24: Meditated. Early morning meditation. Today I meditated for 20 min , but it felt like 5 min. Weird.
Hey! , I find it difficult to meditate as i get headache at the beginning of meditation. So please can you suggest me the correct way to meditate?
Maybe you are focusing too much on your head. If you are, don’t do that. Focusing on your head , nose , eyes , trying to see things , focusing between the forehead , imagining things are wrong meditation. If you are doing wrong meditation you will experience some kind of discomfort. Take that as sign. I suggest you to try any mindfulness guided meditation video on YouTube first to learn the proper technique. Then practice. I m no expert but I have done the aforementioned wrong practice before , it was very uncomfortable so I can relate. I hope this helps.
