Day 1-3: meditated Meditated with my window open today whilst the sun was shining on my face. Pleasant
Day 1 is a way of a lot of meditation to combat the hordes of urges, 30 minutes x 3 times in a day a deep clean
day 0 don't worry you did amazing the key is the constancy, when I was making this challenge I reach 9 days, 7 days, 8 days, 10 days, if you stop don't worry for the next day but if you stop for 2 days it has less effect, stay hard bro!!!
Restart! Day 1: Skateboarded down the street for a hot espresso then meditated/did breathwork sitting on my board back up against a peeling garage door in an industrial area enjoying the sun on my skin. Came back to the present moment to observe a gentle breeze rustling through the plants and moving the clouds through the blue sky. Noticed all four elements at once. Felt whole
Day 2 & 3: yesterday I made coffee and had a homemade muffin. Before savoring the flavors though I sat at the dining room table and did a guided open meditation as I felt the sunshine warm my skin through the window. Today I sit in the Roy Rogers enjoying a cup of coffee as I listen to my fav facilitator guide a short journey. I notice the sound of digital timers beeping and ice clattering into plastic cups. I notice the sensation of an itch on my right testicle coming and going. I notice my mind wandering. I notice I am here. Now.
Day 4/5: Missed the practice on Saturday as I went to my cousins wedding. Also installed blocker software on my devices to stay off porn which had my system on emergency mode. Stabilizing today. Did a 75 min yoga/breathwork/Soundbath meditation with my fav Open group
Days 6-13: I haven’t been posting regularly (which I want to improve on as well). Though I have been meditating in some form daily. I use a couple mindfulness apps which help a lot. Firstly my favorite studio to practice with live is the OPEN studio in Venice California. I do breathwork weekdays daily with them at noon eastern time. I’ve also been finding a lot of satisfaction in the waking up app with Sam Harris. Very potent stuff guys. Mediation rewrites the brain for all the good in life . Dooo itt
yeah it does, I would do meditation for weeks, I've lost the habit, but one thing it helped me and was with sleeping, I sleep in minutes, before it took me 20 minutes, I think I'll be back right now to the habit
Had a fantastic journey today exploring the neuroscience of stress then practicing yoga, breathwork and Meditation back to back followed by a nourishing meal and some exercise. Great day over all
