Are there any permanent cases of PIED? I say this as I've been on nofap for years now, on another long streak of 6 months currently, been having sex and keep going into what seems like flatlines. Still no morning wood. Still using ED drugs. Seems to me porn isn't the issue anymore...
Have you been to a doctor? If everything seems normal then…. Have you stopped masturbating and fantasy? Because these will have the same effect, just not as strong. It took 4-6 months for my husband pied to start to go away. If he relapsed with porn or just masturbating it comes back. At 3 years recovery he is the hardest he’s ever been during sex, it’s really nice. If he masturbates it immediately affects his Erection’s during sex. He cannot masturbate or look/think about anything sexually suggestive or it affects him.
One of the things we did when his progress seemed slow ( and he was struggling not to pmo) was we stopped sex altogether. Everything. I didn’t even dress/undress in front of him. 52 days. Had sex once then another 50 days. This helped immensely! He had pied for 5 solid freaking years! He was 45-50. Maybe do a 90 hardmode then see where you are at.
I hope this isn’t inappropriate, but this actually sounds kinda hot. Especially if you enforced the schedule. that sex must’ve been awesome. And you must be a wonderful wife to be so patient and engaging with this.
Lol…. Hence the reason we only made it 52 days rather than the full 90 days which is what’s recommended. Still it helped
Possibly. There can be other psychological factors besides super-stimulus screwing up your brain's arousal triggers. How do you feel before sex? During foreplay? During sex? What is your emotional state? Are you anxious? Do you have performance anxiety?
I feel fine before and during but afterwards I feel like I'm in flatline again. Like I've orgasm via sex today and feel crap and like all libido has left my body. Today I feel anxious and drained.
How many days before your libido comes back after you ejaculate? How often do you have sex? Are you losing sensitivity?
