Hey all, im26yr old, well i started NoFap 23days ago, took HardMode challenge for 90days. so far so good, fighting abit urge's and fantasing but overall controling. i said to myself, man your starting a new way(well i was fapping for maby, 14yrs) why not taking more goals on the way? so i stopped smoking cold turkey , good till now. well my theroy say, your going to use your willpower bank, so grab another apple on the way to your basket Well this post is mainly about a new challenge that i have started this week, which called C25K (you can download iphone/android) which train you from Couch(Newbie) to 5km Running! its start very slow, with weekly goals, and its super cool! for those who are board and look for new things to do and for everybody that want to lose wight get fit and accomplish something new i recommend it !!! wish all good luck
Thanks for asking, well yes, im on Week 2, Session 3 now ( Done 5sessions) Lost 2kg, and getting better at running its awesome!!! you should try it for real

Yes thats exactly my goal to get to 5k race's localy, working my ass to get intto fit, not in the shape to do yet 5k just running bulilding it, but running is new sport for me, so its really fun, enjoying have running tips hehe?
