    Hey,

I started a hardmode reboot on august 9th 2015. By around 140 days of abstinence, first attempt, no relapse, I managed to cure all problems caused by PMO. No more ED, depression, anxiety, objectification, depression, procrastination, etc. All gone. I had 0 wet dreams during my reboot, didn’t fantasize at all either.

Recently I started masturbating again (didn’t lose any of my ‘’superpowers’’). I have no problem reaching orgasm without porn and without thoughts, just with physical stimulation. I heard most guys here tell about how wonderful and powerful their orgasm was after a long period of abstinence. I had 140 days and my orgasm was literally MEDIOCRE. It lasted 3 seconds, almost no muscle contraction and a few drops of sperm that went as far as my lower abs. It wasn’t mindblowing at all. It was exactly like the awful orgasms I used to have when I was a PMO addict.

5 days after that, I tried it again with thoughts. The session was amazing and I felt all the tension building up down there. I was extremely horny. Then again, right before the orgasm, I felt like I was going to literally explode, but I only had a few drops of semen on my belly and a 3 second orgasm… It’s really like the tension is building up and right when I start orgasming, it goes derp and my dick isn’t strong enough to let the sperm come out. My dick was rock hard, 100% erect, hyper sensitive. I had a very bad feeling after this, like my balls were still full of sperm. It’s like my muscles can’t contract properly for orgasm and I feel like the jizz just doesn’t come out.

Anybody else experienced this? I can’t believe orgasms can be so mediocre after 140 days of hard mode abstinence… I wasn’t even a heavy PMO addict.

Should I go see a doctor or something?

I can understand your cocern and confusion over this @Phyzik. :confusion: I wonder if the famous kegel exercises will make a significant difference. I don't know much about pelvic floor muscle development for men, but there must be lots on it. :)

Remember that it can take years for some to see the real difference, one can't set a goal, because if you set a goal it's like you're asking to go back to PMO which to me is what it seems that happened to you, you got to 140 and went back to it again.

On the other hand, ED was gone, did you ponder that since we're used to M and some ED and other things, the O comes faster? As in impotence is also an effect of over M, that's why it's so fast, now, did you realize that it took that long because you cured your possible ED and impotence? M under 5m is normal for people who M a lot, but normally and in sex that's pretty much nothing, it's suppose to last much longer before the O, did you ponder this? :)

IMO, It takes three & a half years for a complete reboot.

I don't think there's a specific time, i think one will know when he's cured.

However i think it's reasonable to ponder a moment and realize it took several months/years for side effects to happen along with damage, it only makes sense if we expect to take long for the repairs to happen.

Seriously, am I the only person who thinks orgasms are overrated? When I used to fap either to porn or my imagination I would always drag it out because the plateau was always the best part for me. The Orgasm was just a final good feeling but the plateau, the excitment I felt shortly before the orgasm and the sexual arousal was much more intense for me than orgasm.
The last time I fapped the orgasm was not very intense but I don't remember having many intense ones.
My best orgasm in my life was when I fapped like 20 minutes to my imagination. I started very slowly and didn't force myself to orgasm. The feeling I had was very intense even before orgasm but the orgasm was still not mindblowing or anything like that.

I'll check it out with my doctor, i'll keep you guys updated!

Meanwhile I'll stop fapping. It's not even pleasant anyway ._.

  10. You don't need to see a doctor, brother. You are fine. The human body is incredibly complex. Orgasm and ejaculation are not actually connected. You can have orgasms without ejaculation. I've experienced this many times, and learned such things in books such as "The Multi Orgasmic Man", by Mantak Chia.

With a couple of my girlfriends from the past, I've had sex with them and had orgasms without ejaculation. I'm no longer fascinated with these concepts any more as it has now just become a normal part of life. I've had brain orgasms without ejaculation and they are the most intense orgasms I've ever had.

The information about these things are out there if you look for it. As men, we don't actually need to ejaculate, apart from making a child. However, whatever a man decides to do with his ejaculation is up to him, but I am now fully aware that there are higher ways of living that can be achieved.

Congratulations on your progress, by the way. Awesome stuff. You've really done well.
