Hey need some inspiration reads/articles on the above, i am currently reading "the way of the superior man" and am absolutely loving this stuff! I have just broke up with my GF as well and just feel i need something to the my mind of it and to improve myself to become a better male, not for anyone else but just for myself. I am going to be on hardmode now and I'm not kidding myself that it will be easy i just need focus. Just wrecked my back at the gym as well so I'm thinking ill be bed bound for atleast the next day so will have plenty of reading time.
Three references for you : - No More Mr Nice Guy, by Robert Glover : this book saved my life (the exercises inside, in fact) - The Way of the Seal, by Mark Divine : it helped me to better myself - The art of charm podcast, and the art of manliness podcast : they keep me on track - And if you don't know where to start because you have too much to do and to think about : The Mindfull Attraction Plan, by Athol Kay, because it's like a roadmap about what you should do where to start

This book is about how being a nice guy can ruin your life (and those of others). A nice guy is the good guy, trying to do it "right", always caring, always here to help, never saying no. A nice guy is the perfect man according to society's standards. A nice guy thinks his attitude and what he's doing should bring him the life, love and sex that he wants. But he never gets those, because he is is fake, unhealthy, unattractive and, most importantly, a sad and unhappy guy. It saved my life because it made me aware of who I really was, and how stupid I was. And it gave me a way out of it (the Breaking Free Exercises are the core of the book). There is also a strong online community around that book.
