Woot! 7 Days clean! Gotta be careful... I have a feeling my mind will start playing tricks on me and making strong attempts to rationalise bad behaviour around now. Wish me luck!
Thank you Superman64 I'm on my 5th day...I'm going strong again! I can't ever give up breaking this addiction from hell.
I'm also on day 8! Don't let me down bro! I'm also getting ridiculous strong urges and my limbic system keeps kicking in craving that dopamine but I tell it "NO! This will make you feel momentary pleasure and then days and days of guilt, suffering, depression, anxiety and you will receive less dopamine and thus less happiness from other sources!" Look over your reasons for why you started! If you haven't written them down, then write a list! Stay strong
i'm on day 7 and have strong urge to fap. gotta fight it. can't let it win. recoome eraser gun...boom...take that nofap....bahhhhhhhhhhhh...
Bro what a success . That's the feeling I need to live in forever . The feeling of cleanliness . The feeling of power ,pureness . healthiness . The desire to conquer worlds.keep it up .
Day 44 I abandoned sugar not completely but not completely reduced it's usage by 50 per . And it's helping a lot . I am having no real urges . Taking fresh showers . Living a healthy life . I am loving my life Bros . I am accepting reality . Now I don't fantasize. The more I go far the more the devil flees. It will soon leave me and I will be able to utilize my true power. I just need to keep proceeding forward.
Does avoiding sugar really helps??? Wow, I didn't know it. And bro, thanks for supports. It went away. Somehow I managed to keep myself busy. Guys, does watching YouTube also affects?? I was watching BGT. And after few shows having slight nudity I felt the danger. And I just stopped watching it. What it is??? Should I stop watching it completely ??? What you guys suggest??? I am on day 8 now.
I'm avoiding everything that stimulates me whatsoever! I'd try abstain from any youtube and TV shows that feature any kind of sexuality for a while, play it safe, though I'm no expert... you have to find what works for you I suppose. I don't really understand the importance of avoiding sugar? Sure it's true that sugar will give a measure of dopamine that may remind your brain of how dopamine feels and cause it to crave more... but exercise does basically the same thing right? I quite often have a little snack like a biscuit or something when I'm having strong urges and that bit of dopamine calms me down and lowers cravings (though I gotta not get addicted to comfort eating haha) Welcome! Good luck!
