Is there anybody who has tried to use those famous pills to solve PIED? Before anybody says that, I know it's not a solution, but when you're trying to quit PMO & PIED, once you've reached a certain checkpoint, it would be helpful to have a little help to get self confidence. Anybody has tried? In extrema ratio if once couldn't quit PMO, no matter how many times he tries, do you think a strong pill could make sexual life start over?
Herbal supplements can help quite nicely actually. Maca, tribulus, and vitamin D is a nice combo in my opinion
You're opening a new world I didn't know these natural supports and I think I wanna try them. You think they have to ge tried in a combo or maybe 1 by 1 could be fine as well? Thank you
If I had to pick just one, I would opt for maca, but it's more noticeable in a combo. Also it takes about a week to start seeing effects. A decent combo will probably run you maybe 30 bucks for a month supply. I get mine on Amazon. I like the NOW brand of vitamins. Although they aren't magic, I HIGHLY suggest rebooting from pmo for optimal results or you may be disappointed. Hope this helps. Pm me if you have any other questions
Make sure they are high quality extracts. A lot of them on the market are either very poor quality or horrible underdosed
I know where it is.. Im struggling against PIED and I wanna win this reboot but, if I happen to fail, I want an escape...
Thank you... I've asked my doctor suggestion and he will let me know. @iHappy consider that I just want to help my dopamine level to go back to the standard one, not trying to "cheat"
@Elchicoloco Of course That is good, I hope your doctor helps you. In any case, things will get better as the time passes.
I'm sure it will. You know what? Staying away from PMO is a hard part of the total reboot but, as said, just a part. The most difficult is to have to do with brain, to avoid thinking just abut sex, watching people and making them sexual object. It's like a diet (I always use food examples ) the first steps are structured patter that one follows, then it has to become a life style cauz nobody can keep following something he doesn't feel accustomed to. That's why I wanna be helped!
Ok, I consider that my reboot and stopping to objectify, also stopping to think about sex all the time helped me out the most. Now, when I make love to the wife, my senses are more involved....it helped me a lot to get rid of PIED. I arrive in bed with no fantasies and no erection before the "activities" start. I keep my mind clear and I'm fully in the moment. But, I also searched for supplements that would help me in the first few months. Here is what I was taking: -odorless garlic (helps bloodflow) -L-Arginine (bloodflow) -Vitamin B complex (increase tolerance to stress). Stress reduce bloodflow to extremities and re-route the blood towards the torso, doesn't help erections. B6 is one of the best ones. -maca -KOREAN ginseng. -Zinc keep in mind that all those supplements can most likely be replaced by better eating habits and physical activity. Supplements bring their own level of issues and might cause strain on the organs....and you don't want it to become a crutch. also, there might be a little placebo effect here and there...
Thank you so much! My next achivement, as soon as MPO urges will be less oppressive, I'll try to get rid of every single thought of my day related to sex. I think it's an addiction worse than porn r masturbation themselves. I'll try some of the thiings you've suggested to help me out.. Thank you a lot
I found Ginko Biloba, together with B-Vitamin and other active ingredients that help stay concentrated and improve memory.. Moreover, it helps with relaxing, cauz stress is one of the most tricky thing I'm experiencing
It was from holland and barett. A reputable high street shop in the UK. http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/product/holland-barrett-horny-goat-weed-maca-capsules-60007321
Damn. Sorry to hear that it didnt work out for you. I have used the NOW sports brand with success. Again not magical, but I could tell a difference. Im not sure if it is available in the UK or not.
I use alcohol to reduce my anxiety. it works, but this is not the way that i can use in long term obviously. oh and anti-anxiety pills too, it's prescription drug
Well, alcohol is not a good way. Even if you know it can become a new addicion, it can be like a porn-sub. besides, anti-anxiety pills + alcohol is not a good recipe.. Take care!
