How about cold feet and cold hands during day after cold showers

I love cold showers, problem is im very skinny, low BF% and always had problem with temperatures that means my all life i was siick when temperature changes. In winter when i take cold showers i have cold feets and hands during the day and it suucks. Someone have similiar problems with cold showers? I heard smewhere that more water and salt intake helps.
