Hey guys, I'm an alt rock music fan. I like mainstream rock, rap rock, little electronic. I'm interested about rock scenes especially in India. What about you guys?
Here's what I listen to. Heavy Metal Old School Heavy Metal Thrash Metal Crossover Thrash Death Metal Melodic Death Metal Brutal Death Metal Power Metal Groove Metal Black Metal (a little) Folk Metal Celtic Metal Viking Metal Pagan Metal Old School Punk Rock Hardcore Punk Old School Rock n' Roll Hard Rock Grunge Nu Metal (a little) Metalcore (a little) And that's about it.
A big list, but particular in their areas. Did you listen to My Darkest Days after I recommended them? Or were you already listening to them? Great band! Please listen to: Sin in Justice by VAMPS (ft. Apocalyptica) Put Down The Drink by EMPHATIC Far From Home by Hinder Bliss by Hinder (Sorry if I've recommended any of these songs already. I do know I mentioned two songs by Drowning Pool.)
Incubus - what a great band! Fuck me for not having listened to all of their stuff yet...I'm a fucking phony fan! Need to finish listening to them ASAP. Saw Switchfoot a couple of years ago in concert - great! Disciple and Devil Wears Prada are also great bands (both Christian hard-rock as well).
I started listening to them after Matt joined Three Days Grace. The bad part about him joining 3DG is that MDD went to shit. Matt is ok, it's just when he tries to be Adam it's weird.
Kid Cudi released a amazing album called "Pain, Passion and Demon Slayin" yesterday. He technically is a rap artist but, his music doesn't sound anything like the bullshit rap is now. That is my opinion. His music is special because you can relate to it. He has struggled with a lot of issues since his rise to fame like his depression and suicidal thoughts. In my opinion it's a insult to call him a rap artist because I think he is his own genre. Spotify YouTube Pandora Here are some of his best songs of his new album in my opinion.
