I'm just curious, and want to compare the lengths of time we've gone without pmo and with hard mode. I think all lengths of time are respectable, and I commend anyone who even starts the process. But as an example say how many people do you think have successfully made the 90 days as a percent of all who attempt it? Clearly there's a bit of a bias here, but all in consideration, how far do you think most people get and how many finish the reboot? I think likely, very few finish due to the difficulty, and maybe we should allow that to help in boosting our confidence along the way. What is your best? I'm currently at 77 days hard mode.
I think those who make 90+ days are just a fraction of all those people who try it. Many people who try nofap and can't reboot for long will simply leave nofap and go back to their old habits which is sad. Going 90+ days also doesn't guarantee success for years or entire life. It's a day to day process just as it is with any other addiction. Congrats on 77 days!
Somewhere around 100-110 days hard mode. But relapsed and have struggled since then. My mistake was that I used too much willpower and didn't fundamentally change some aspects of my life. Also have had health issues and other stresses.
