Am currently feeling unmotivated and down despite having college tasks due Monday, even typing tires me, it is now day 6/7 for me, still experiencing impulses. Has this got anything to do with dopamine? Suggestions?
Lol pardon the typo. The thing is i just realized how I'm still not able to listen to people properly nor am i able to adjust and stop feeling ashamed amidst a lot of people. Loneliness, shame and guilt are my 3 worst triggers. Regret comes as a shadow of them all, pardon the English thou.
Get yourself some protein shake and work out a little bit. Take a nice shower. Shave, eat something healthy. If it doesn't work, hey, believe in the process. Tomorrow is a new day my friend !
Working out sounds quite effective but where do i start? Would a jog each weekend be effective enough?
Try making youre assignment with other people while you do exercise and practice to do it alone luck !
