i have one question that, i feared that when i'm not doing masturbation then sometimes i ejaculated in sleep that is wet dreams so how can i stop this.
Why stop it? It's something you can't control, and it's a sign of progress! It may be kinda messy but keep in mind that it's the body's way of "cleaning the pipes" without you doing it manually. Quick tip: Do not linger your thoughts on your wet dream after you wake up, it's only gonna make things harder and give you urges!
I agree with Kallosthenos. It something completely natural that is happening. Don't stress about it too much. ^_^
wet dream are a natural cycle of emptying your body from semen non wanted semen , replacing old semen with a new load , it's completely natural man everyone get's one at least 1 time a month
Hey guys, newbie here. When I have had wet dreams, it's because I was having a fantasy dream. It's not that I woke up surprised. Is fantasizing that deeply ok? Thanks
I too have some concerns about having wet dreams. I can't really say for sure how it went since I dreamt, but wasn't in a full deep sleep. I'll start from the top. The previous night, I had a dream seeing some suggestive images. During that first bout, I was fine, had gone to the bathroom and then I headed back to sleep. Then I started to dream again, but I was still aware of myself, but not fully. I was seeing images during my "dream", but I could feel the release about to happen, which snapped me back to reality and I tried to hold it in. After coming out of the half dream state, I did end up releasing. So, the concern now is, I'm not really sure if I should reset or not, because this happened sub-consciously. Any thoughts?
Do not worry about it! It is a great achivement! This night i first time ever came in my sleep and it feels awesome! It means now your body have a overflow of semen, It means your balls is now fully filled. It is now the benefits will flow if you keep going!
This is simply untrue. A wet dream does not mean that your testicles are full, and our body does not need to "clean the pipes", as another person stated. Our bodies secret seminal fluids, and also increte them, meaning they re-absorb it back which is a process that when re-absorbed, stimulates hormone production. Wet dreams also make relapse much more likely, and increase desires to fap and be sensual much more so. This is because of the chemicals released during during an orgasm, and the stress caused on the body from an orgasm, and with experience anyone will see that stress is one of the biggest provocations of a fap. It takes a great deal of nutrients, work, energy, and time to create semen, and every single release negatively impacts our body, whether we want to believe it or not. The best excuse for ejaculation is to pro-create, and anything less is a trade off of health, longevity, energy, and spiritual growth, all for some short lived pleasure.
Here is a great podcast on what the orgasm actually does to our brains. http://www.neilsattin.com/blog/2015...lationship-and-how-to-fix-it-marnia-robinson/
I use to worry about it too. If it happens, it happens. No need to reset the counter, keep going. I use to worry about ejaculating in my sleep also, but I don't worry about that either. No need to reset the counter for that one either. If you conscious, then that is a very different matter. That was on purpose and within your control.
I agree, don't worry about them, but also don't worry if you cave to a PMO. Pick yourself up and look forward. I wouldn't reset the counter from a wet dream, but would indeed work to remove them over time. It is a long term battle.
