also lets not forget that some ladies have special worse menstruational cases some things including : worse cramps than "normal", some need medical attention, may run fevers, may have runs, some throw up (ive heard), have body aches , must be bed ridden...for a couple days at least.. feel like satan is punishing them etc.. u know, the regular. p.s. also you just have to still continue on with your life and work as if youre not shedding your entire lining.
