    Why do u think sex would give u withdrawls?

    Personally I've always found the 90 day thing just an arbitary number, its a good number but doesnt mean everything.

    For example it takes around 60 days to rewire ur brain to formulate
    a new habit. So that should help u in your life.

    PIED can be cured around 3-6 weeks so if u had that problem that may of been cured.

    NoFap/PMO is about more than just counting days. Take that time to redirect your energy into healthier habits and u will live a better life.

    I am not a fan of this longtime streaks. I always recommand to do the next tiny little step you feel able to do. And then the next tiny little step. My feeling is a 30-day-streak would be the right one. And after these 30 day you don't test if your organs are still working but you consider to continue NO_PMO. You want to be cured and you don't have to become a hero.

    After going into rehab and geting out he tries alcohol after 5 years. Still he will have the hangover wont he? Thats what really happens......
    You are the dop. addict. And were out of the rehab and again relapsed. Now you need to go back.
