  2. In the "official" consideration you have to reset your counter. In my very personal opinion you should not reset it. The feeling you lost all your progress should not happen because you didn't lose anything. I see how significant this journey is to you and I see a lot of sincerity on your side. You realized doing wrong and immediately stopped. Now 2 options: you feel very uncomfortable by resetting - so you don't reset and continue your journey OR you like yourself, you are self-confident and you know all is well - and reset. Listen to your inner voice. Both options may be the right ones.

consider what your goal is from this challenge. if you want to heal your body and brain, then this event just triggered the brain circuits that you are trying to kill, but not back to the same level where they were when you first started. to get the full benefits from the challenge give your brain the time it needs to heal, so maybe reset and start the counter again.

but dont at all feel like youve lost progress. its 10 steps forward and 1 step back. you still have a lot of the progress you made

this isnt a straight line, and hardly any of us have not stumbled at all, but we'll all get to the finish

Shortly after watching porn I relapsed about five times but this is a learning curve. Be careful as porn always always leads to mastubation and orgasam if you haven't fully rebooted

Not always, I watched porn for 1 minute one week ago and I don't have any urges right now, and haven't done it again since then. The furher in rebooting I am the easier it gets to have control. You have to trust yourself.

I was recently on my longest streak yet, 42 days. There was one time around 28 days, where I was just curious, I wanted to watch porn. I looked at a few pictures and immediately closed it, so I didn't feel the need to reset my counter simply because of the reason I didn't indulge in the porn.

Fast forward to day 42, said I just wanted to look at a few pictures. One thing led to another and I ended up watching P for about 2 hours, no M and no O. But I did indulge myself in what I was watching, I wanted to look at it, I wanted more. I reset my counter for the reason that it is a representation to the world on how long I've have been avoiding PMO, I knew that I failed so that's why I reset my counter. In the end it's just a number, and shouldn't be your motivation for NoFap.

If you watch and indulge in P, from my point of view I think it should serve as a reset. If you watch it maybe only for a minute or two, more out of curiosity than indulging then I don't think it's necessary to reset, it shouldn't serve as an excuse to watch P either. Just keep in mind, that watching (and/or) indulging in P of any kind, delays your healing process and could trigger you to M within the next few days after watching P.
