Even I passed through such a phase during the weekends when I started nofap around 6 months ago. Monday to Friday, office schedules kept me busy so I did not think of pmo. Find a way to keep yourself busy even during weekends. Have some form of exercise: walking, running, yoga, cycling or gym or any combination from above for 40 mins everyday preferably mornings since testesterone hormone is higher at mornings and could give more trigger. Also eat home made food and try to avoid fried junk food.

observe your urges ,witness them don't respond or react to them.You will notice when you have these urges your breathing will be a little faster.bring your breathing to the normal state and the urges will have no control over you.I don't really have a problem with urges to fap it's the pmo.I am watching videos on youtube one moment and then i don't even realize how i went to xvideos.
