I just reached Paradiso in this challenge. What a wonderful feeling! I remember when I was in hell. The coffee was cold and everything hot and dark. Only flames and skulls.

Now life is restored, I am so happy and I feel much more connected with my family. I work out more and have taken the first grade in Krav Maga. I have much better discipline, I make the bed every day and I clean the house to perfection. I make considerable progress on many of my projects, I have started to learn german and I go to bed in time. I have clear goals in my life and a structured plan to reach them. I limit my coffee intake to reduce stress and I take breathing exercises to get more focused. I've had cold showers for 252 days and I have started to take ice baths outside.

I'm just a completely different person now - 252 days after I joined the NoFap community and quit porn!
