Hello friends, l want to get rid of PMO, but again and again I failed. Each time, after relapsing, I take new resolution with new motivation, but after 3-5 days I failed and again relapse. So friends, can you help me, how can I stay motivated without PMO

start with a small streak . Each time after relapsing think the situations that triggered you to watch porn. Try to avoid those situations .
