Why should I stop watching porn?
I have been grappling with this question for a long time now and I can't seem to answer it sufficiently.
The answers I have seen by searching online don't convince me.
There must be a reason why I should stop watching porn, because I keep coming back and trying.
I know that my future is at stake. Everything that matters to me. My values, beliefs.
But I have not been able to articulate how it affects my life badly.
Because of that cloudy understanding I keep convincing me that it is alright.
If anyone can help me with this I would be very grateful.

I know it's wrong. I feel it when I do it or think about it. But I am not able to articulate why that is. It is a reward without any serious consequences. But somehow it's also more than that. I believe it has a price, but all the reasons you find online don't seem to cut it. I know I feel bad because I betray my principles in some way, but I have no rational reason why I feel that way.
