Hi folks
I have to confess something, I have been addicted to porn since a long long time now. I have tried to quit a million times but have not been able to. Only recently I have started to observe the negative effects it is having on me, I am getting depressed, having anxiety, lost all natural sensations, I isolate myself, I don't feel positive about myself at all. I am starting to refrain from today, guys please support me and keep a check on me, I will post here daily, any suggestions and motivations are welcome. Please help!!!
