Ok. So, I got into nofap from yesterday and I have successfully completed my day 1.

Things which went good on day one:

  1. Was able to give time to my work +studies instead of faping

  2. Felt little energetic the whole day.

  3. There were urge during the day, was mindfully observed it but did not acted on it.
Things which went bad on day one:

  1. Got a headache

  2. The mind was getting towards porn thoughts

  3. Was finding it difficult to sleep at night.

Very good, good start, initial phase is tough, but stay strong, you will have prob in sleeping initialy and urges will be there, just stay away from trigger, stay away from unnecessary internet and social media, internal control is ultimate, but initially external control are very helpful like not using mobile in bed time, keep it out of reach, going for walk some says shower when urg etc, most importantly feed your mind with success story and what they did, it helps...
