Hi guys,
I am Nick and I have been addicted to Porn for 7 years now. I have realised this many times that, it has taken so many things i was fond of in my life. My dreams, my confidence, my memory, my skills, my time, my relationships and much more. I have also done this hundreds of times, started noFap, relapsed and fell deep. But yesterday i acknowledged i really need proper help and support. I talked to a counsellor and am beginning this journey.
But the only place i could think of, where people would understand me, was these forums. I am here, and I am in dire need of your support. I really really want to gain control of my life again. I don't want to be tied down anymore. I hope this time i will be able to reach my goal and be proud of myself again.
