    It is 4 AM where I live; I just relapsed: I had been watching p**** all night. Guilt descends upon me immediately afterwards each time I fail to change. I will be starting this challenge. I hope to join one of the paid accountability groups this year and write some steps on my addiction. I hope to check into my nofap account each week this time.
